Die Nikolaikirche in Plön in der Holsteinischen Schweiz in Schleswig-Holstein ist die evangelisch-lutherische Hauptkirche der Stadt. Das ursprünglich 1691 im Barockstil errichtete Kirchengebäude am Markt brannte 1864 nach Blitzschlag fast vollständig nieder. Von 1866 bis 1868 wurde die Nikolaikirche im Stil der Neuromanik wiederaufgebaut.
