Why is my property already listed?
We run a public directory of accommodation providers based on publicly available information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – comparable to business directories. You can claim, correct or remove your listing free of charge at any time. →
How do I claim my listing?
Via “Claim listing” we send a confirmation link to the business e-mail address stored in the listing. This ensures only the owner gains access.
How do I pay for Premium?
Conveniently by card or SEPA via our payment provider Stripe. Premium is active immediately after payment.
Does Premium affect the ranking?
No. All listings are shown neutrally in alphabetical order. Premium only enhances how your own listing is presented.
