Die römisch-katholische Kirche St. Clemens steht in Heimbach (Eifel) im nordrhein-westfälischen Kreis Düren.
Direkt angebaut an die alte Pfarrkirche ist die neue Kirche St. Salvator. St. Clemens ist eine einschiffige, aus fünf Jochen bestehende Kirche mit dreiseitigem Chorabschluss barocker Prägung.
